Lime-Chipotle Chicken Fajita Salad (High-protein)

green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
4 boneless, skinless organic chicken breasts, sliced into strips or cubes
3 tablespoons Tabasco brand Chipotle Sauce
Salt
pepper
3 ounces fresh lime juice
olive oil
1 can chipotle pepper adobo sauce
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar to taste
Lettuce or Kale of choice (chopped)
2 avocados
1 can black beans

Mix 2 ounces lime juice, Tabasco chipotle sauce, salt, pepper, marinade chicken in mixture.
Mix adobo sauce (without chiles), one ounce lime juice, and honey or sugar.  May add  more Tabasco chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper for flavor if desired.
Saute vegetables in pan with olive oil until soft and browned, set aside
Cook marinated chicken with olive oil in frying pain until fully cooked and browned.
Add vegetables to cooked chicken on medium heat for two minutes, lower heat.
Add adobo sauce mixture and stir with chicken and vegetables on low heat.
Slice avocados and lettuce or kale, top with black beans.
Add fajita meat, veggies, and sauce on top of greens
Accent plate with avocados and chips
Optional-Pico de Gallo, avocado salad dressing, and/or Mexican cheese
