BREAKING: Millennials Suffered 84% Increase in Excess Deaths Fall 2021

The Millennial generation suffered a 84 percent increase in excess death according to CDC all-cause death, according to a forthcoming report, “Analysis of Adverse Mortality Trends in the US Using Age Stratified CDC Excess Mortality“.

Excess deaths increased starting at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic despite the young not being in high risk of death from the disease.

The analysis associates COVID-19 mitigation efforts such as lockdowns and vaccination with the increase of excess death.

The increase in excess mortality accounted for about 61,000 deaths in the second half of 2021.

All age groups saw an increase in excess death over that same time but the Millennial increase was by far the largest:
