Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 lbs ground sirloin
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons red peppers, spread
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

  1. mix ingredients together.
  2. form into 4 loaves.
  3. freeze 2.
  4. cook the other two and serve with gravy of your choice.
  5. cook at 350 degrees until juices run somewhat clear when poked.
  6. let sit for 5 min
  7. Do Not Over Cook! :).
